dear friends

as i need to simulate a magnetic field generated by magnets (FEM) ,i keep wondering which software is better to do so,would you please guide me which is the easiest one is it patran_nastran or marc or ansys.

thank you for your help

I find the programs that specialize in magnetics are superior to the general purpose FEA programs. You can try FEMM for free. I rather like Infolytica MagNet. Thee are many others.

The Help for this program was created in Windows Help format, which depends on a feature that isn't included in this version of Windows.
