Fence Section Isolation

We have a grounded chainlink fence surrounding a 138 kV transformer yard and switch house and we want to electrically isolate it from the remaining chainlink fencing that surrounds other parts of the site. I intend to provide a 10' section of non-conductive fencing between the two fences.

Does anyone have a product or suggestion about accomplishing this?

I use ceramic fence isolators. I don't have the catalog around here but they are basicall a jonny ball for a fence.
It takes a fence section that is like a gate that doesn't open. The mesh in the gate section is connected to a square fram e that does not touch the ground.
PRetty common, check your local utilities standards they probably have a detail for it.

I needed to isolate against a 5000 Volt ground rise potential and ended up using rated spool insulators at each side of a 10' section with a glass fibre reinforced pipe for the top rail and insulated (each end) bottom tension wire for the fence and barbed wire top being insulated at each end at the top. The electrical engineers have reviewed this and have given it their endorsement.

Nice solution. We have used sections of wood fence for isolation. The width was wide enough that you could not reach both sides of the fence. The down side is the higher maintenance of the wood.

Further to my query about isolating the fence. Does anyone have an ASTM spec number(s) for the FRE/FRP material to use for the top rail? Does the spec include for UV degradation? and is there something for electrical conductivity? I'm looking for a 2" OD pipe that is non-conductive.
