I'm looking for some help. We make a .25" thick GPO-3 cover plate but have a customer who wants a clear window through it. It has to be a submersible seal, the pressure is about 3-4 PSI. Is there anyway to bond lexan or some other clear material for a window to GPO-3 (some other stiff material?)

GPO-3 and lexan are optional materials...please suggest anything better and a bonding method.

thanks

Given adequate bond area, a decent joint design, and time to cure, RTV silicone should work okay.

Gpo-3 must be sanded where it is to be bonded, epoxy works well with fiberglass reinforced polyester gpo-3 material.
