Field output request frequency option (how does it work) for increasing frames?

Hello,

I tried to increase frame rates by increasing n time increments to 8 from 1 where my total time for analysis is 8 secs. But the strain and stress curves are more curved (obtained from XY data) when the frame rates are increased (more than 1) and its linear when there is only one frame rate. Why it is happening and how can I get accurate curve values even by increasing frame rates to see more frames after analysis in visualization tab? How to choose correct value for the analysis in edit field output request--- frequency--- every n increment --- n value? Please help me with this

n=1 means every increment that is calculated
n=5 means every 5th increment plus the last one per step

Alternatively, you can request field output at specific time increments throughout your step.
