I think I recognise that as an old GEC part number. If so then speak to Areva at the St. Leonard's Works in Stafford, England. They have datasheets for virtually all the old relays.

Ok, after a bit more digging it's an old English Electric design, so it pre-dates GEC and AEI. English Electric were absorbed into GEC along with Metro-Vick and BTH. The archive at St. Leonards is definitely your best shot at finding a manual for something this old.

Thx guys, I have been "collecting" relay manuals for about 3 years now, they have made my life so much easier when testing them...
