Has anyone got Scale proforma for designing I-Beams encased all around with concrete. It will outline the structural properties of the beam, work out the NA for elastic and plastic properties as well as second moment of area?

Why not write your own proforma based on the cased I section Column. It will be easier for u to carry out your QA too.
