Fillet on a specified edge, with no propagation on the nearer ones

Hi all,

which is the right way to create a filet (or a chamfer) on the blue highlighted edge only (with no propagation on the near edges)? The normal fillet command has the "tangent propagation" function on, but if I remove it the program return me an error.

I attach the images.

It's not super clean, but I'd do it using an extruded cut along the edge. I don't think the fillet command will get you there.

Or you could make a minimal (.00001 x R) cut thru on either end and then fillet.

Or you could create a multi-body part by splitting the model at the radial intersections, then add the fillet to the edge, and finally combine the bodies.
