I'm currently filtering 2 micron material with a centrifuge system and tyvek bag filter. This is very slow and costly. The liquid is very acidic and over 150F. I would like to find a quick inexpensive solution. The filtered material is around 10,000 grams and the acid is around 300 gallons. The tyvek filter withstand both the temperature and the acid.

Any recommendations from the experts?

Is it just acid solution and 2 micron particles or is there particles of larger sizes that you don't want? Is the acid solution inorganic? What ph range?

Thank you Cloa for your reply,
Our product size of material is 2 to 5 microns, which is every thing in the acid solution. Although we dilute the acid with a large amount of water before centrifiuge the PH remains zero.
