Filters with a Luer connection

Hello all,
As said in the title, I am searching for a filter that connects to a Luer component.
For example:

The problem is that I'm looking for one with a pore size of at least a 5 micro-meter, hopefully larger.
Can anyone assist me in finding what I'm looking for?
