Finding a PE in NY

How can I find a PE in the Long Island area who is knowledgable in designing high pressure steam processing lines? This is for a new sanitary manufacturing facility. All responses enthusiastically welcomed.

I will suggest that you consult the Society for Professional Engineers and inquire about any members located in the Long Island area. Try logging on to their website and getting some contact information.
