Finding plaques in heart attack 1

The goal of the project is to “replace” the current method of diagnosing coronary angiography in patients with heart attack. One of its main disadvantages is the diagnostic time, which lasts 30-60 minutes.I don't mind how to start thinking in right direction.Give me suggestion how start this.

Sounds like you are a student. You should know that there are multiple groups that are far ahead in this space. There is a company called HeartFlow that has about 15 year lead on this. Their method is non-invasive and these days their results are returned to radiologists within minutes, if I remember correctly from Charlie Taylor's latest paper. There is another group in Sheffield that uses a different imaging modality but they also have been working on it for many years.

Yes,I'm student but I don't agree with you that only proffesor could make something in their spheres. Looks like you don't understand me enough.I mean that new technology which is affordable,and non invasive.Heartflow uses CT tomograpy and it's not new technology that show arteries. It's like a application that changes role between human.
My idea is to create a device which will always be worn using an ECG to determine when a heart attack will occur along with machine learning and a method that will determine plaques. May you give any suggestions,advices for that method?
