Fire Protection system

I would like to find appropriate guidelines to lay out a fire protection system for a lube oil blending plant. It's supply of water would be a well plus a storage tank for reserve water. Any specific info on hydrant spacing, monitors, how to determine water tank size and pump sizes wold be appreciated?

This is specialized stuff. Did some work with a bulk petroleum storage plant in the Caribbean, acomplete system with foam. You will get best results by approaching one of the large fire fighting outfits like Angus.

Besides the basic design of pipe run and location, pressure requirements and pipe sizing will have to be developed and are now done by specialized computer programming.
