Fire rated wall cleanout?

Does anyone know if a fire rated wall cleanout and cleanout cover exists? If you were putting a sanitary riser and wall cleanout in fire rated wall, would a typical stainless steel cleanout suffice? Or would there need to be some kind of fire rated access door?

Pipe material is PVC, 4".
