Is fire retardant wood available that is also pressure treated or have some other form of decay or moisture resistance? Does fire treated wood alone have some resistance to decay?

Yes, but with restrictions. Wood treated with borate compounds is decay Resistance, fire resistant, and available ...but not moisture resistant. Here is a typical product

The Forest Products Lab has looked into this situation, but I don't believe the combinations of treatments discussed here are readily available

Check with some one who does fire retardent pressure treating. It was my understanding in the past that Dricon had some decay resistance.
