Fire safe valve question (api-607)

I have a glass lined 4000 gallon reactor which normally would have a TFE lined valve and TFE/rubber gasket mounted on the bottom outlet.

What do others do when it is prudent to have a fire safe valve and a robust gasket on the matching flange face, to come as close to meeting the intent of api-607, as practical?

Look at your material compatibility needs, does it prevent fire-safe materials??

Typically I use TFE lined valves and pipe, but I could use alloy 20 or C276 for the bottom valve. I am a little concerned about the gasket joint to the reactor. Usually I have used a TFE envelope on rubber gasket, but that certainly would not resist a fire.

IF there is not a gasket that is fire-safe that can attach to glass, then there is no real advantage to the fire safe valve.

Do you know of a suitable fire safe gasket for a
glass-to-metal flanged joint?

Do you think fire proof insulation or fire water deluge spray would be sufficient to protect the valve?
