Fire Suppression System Valve

I am trying to identify this valve, which is used on systems such as the one described in this article:

The valve looks like this and is actuated using a cable.

This is very possibly something they make custom, but I am wondering if other companies make valves with similar actuation? Does anyone know of one?

Do they make them that are manually actuated? I would like to stay away from electronic or pneumatic actuated valves.
