Fixed ladder

Dear all,
while designing a fixed ladder for a distillation column, I´ve seen a reference in the pressure vessel handbook of ANSI A14.3 but only one page is shown, does anyone have a copy that could facilitate me or know where I could download a copy of the entire standard?

What is the total height of this vessel?
Will this vessel be installed in the USA?

Vessel will be installed in Mexico, total vessel height is 37ft but ladder will be in the top section only (there is already structure for the rest)
8ft ladder and there is a 1/2 platform, another 8ft and there is another 1/2 platform, 7ft more and another platform.
Total ladder height is 26ft

Based on the limited information you have given us it would appear that what you described will work and will not violate common sense.

Most of the vessel orientation I have done was based on USA OSHA Codes, Standards and Guidelines.

They limit the vertical length of a single ladder to 30'. Then you must step off on a platform and approach the next ladder.
This makes good sense when you have spent time in the field and had to climb some of the Real Old vessels which have one ladder from grade to the top (150 to 200 feet or more).
You get tired and run the risk of falling if there is no mandatory place to step off to rest. Falling 30 feet down a caged ladder might result in some bruises and maybe a broken arm but 150 feet will spoil your whole day.

Attached find a drawing of the column and ladder, the question is regarding the construction of the ladder, spacing between rungs, width, etc. that needs to be considered. Construction under USA OSHA code will be good enough.
I wanted to know if someone has a copy of A14.3 and could send it to me.
