Flange material ASTM A694 F65 can be used for 1500 rating?

Flange material ASTM A694 F65 can be used for with for 1500 rating ?. As per MSS-SP-44 ,PT(pressure temperature) table is available only up 900 rating for material ASTM A694 F65 . I would like to know whether i can used 1500 rating with Flange material ASTM A694 F65 and which standard to be used for manufacturing.

This material is not permitted under B16.5 or B16.47 near as I can tell. Can't say anything about MSS-SP-44.

ASTM A694 F65 can be used for 1500 rating. In Oil and Gas pipelines (onshore and offshore) this material is widely used even if not specified in B16.5.
Manufacturers are familiar with this material/rating.
For P/T requirements you can refer to ASME B16.5 Group 1.1 as a conservative approach.
