Dear Firieds,

What is standard of flanges DIN 2535 PN40..DIN2536 PN63? Is it cast iron? What is the difference between the standard flange DIN 2535 PN40..DIN2536 PN63 and DIN 2635 PN40..DIN2636 PN63? I have standard of flanges DIN 2535 PN40..DIN2536 PN63 at old valves, body CF8M/316SST.

Thank you for help.

Regards,

VIKI

I doubt that you have DIN 2535/2536 flanges. DIN 2635 (PN 40) and DIN 2636 (PN 64) are the old flange standards. The difference between DIN 2635 and 2636 is the pressure rating and therefore flange thickness, number and size of flange bores etc. The flange material is not covered by the standards but only the dimensions.

Hello,

The valves are from the seventies 1973, the body and flanges of the valve common one cast.
