Flare Tip Turn down from HP to LP

Dear All,

Flare tip is Sonic type and obviously flare is HP flare based on Peak Design Condition.

But in Normal Operating condition, Flare will see only 15% Design Load and Very Low Pressure.

My Question is whether Sonic Flare tip (designed for allowable DP 4.5 bar) can work with such low allowable pressure drop (0.15 bar).

Or in other words, In flare industries, whether Flare tip are designed for such high turn down.

Ask your vendor - and im not being condescending. There are many different design and ultimately the vendor will have some requirements for a performance guarantee.
