Attached is a flattened version of your part.

What you will note is that I first ran the NX Sheet Metal 'Claenup' utility (this resulted in the creation of 'Body(2)'. I then used the 'Convert to Sheet Metal' function to get a model which could then be 'Flattened' using the normal NX Sheet Metal functionality.

Hi John,

Thank you!

I will try and reproduce your results!

John

Three steps:
1) Blend the two sharp edges. Nothing can be bent 100% sharp.
2) In the Sheet metal Application, Use the Convert to sheet metal.
3) Sheet metal app.: Flat Pattern.

Tomas
