Flexible Pavement Design Comparison Table

I would appreciate if someone could help me to find a comparison of the design of life service for a flexible pavement, treating the subgrade with flyash, granular base or full depth asphalt pavement.

Pls. let me know if we could find a table in any books or web sites regarding the service life of the flexible pavement.
