Flow Accelerated Corrosion of Economizer Piping

I'm looking for information concerning the failure of an economizer feedwater inlet line at Pleasant Prairie Power Plant in February 1995. EYEC in particular seems to have information on this incident, based upon the following from an old post:

there was a economizer feedwater inlet line that let go due to FAC in a Mid-west plant. can't remember the name but i will see if i can find the article someone sent me and forward the info.

What exactly do you need to know about this failure? The FAC damage mechanism is well documented and is affected by pH, feedwater temperature and the chemical composition of the pipe (namely the chromium content). Yes, pipe geometry does play a role, however the real impact is the stability of the protective magnetite layer on the ID surface of the piping. If you chromium content in the pipe is in excess of 0.2 weight percent, the susceptibility to FAC will reduce by a factor of 20x.

I'm looking for the specific details related to this particular incident, including the particular chromium content of the pipe in question, its geometry, the feedwater chemistry used.

I'm aware of the failure mechanism in general, but an also looking for more specific information.
