Is the Flow Tubing Head Pressure (FTHP) downstream or upstream of the well head choke valve?

What is the pressure downstream of the well head choke valve called?

FTHP is, as it says, the pressure at the top of the tubing. This is upstream of the choke valve.

Pressure d/s the choke valve doesn't have a particular name, It can't be higher than FTHP...
