Fluid Properties in a windtunnel

Currently, I am working on a project to develop velocity profiles in a windtunnel with dual fans. We are using a stepper motor to drive a screw to move a pitot tube vertically (1 axis). By knowing the number of steps on the stepper motor, I am able to measure position and the pitot tube will help me find the velocity at that position.

I am using a National Instruments NuDrive MultiAxis Controller (2sx-411)to interface the computer with the stepper motor. There are three limit switches: Top, Bottom, and Home.

I am writing the program in LabView (project requirement). My problem is connecting the limit switches to the the Controller and writing the labview program.

Would anyone know of any resources or tips that might help? I'm getting at the end of my rope here
