Fluidized Thermal Concrete Backfill?

Does anybody know where I can get some "hard" data on fluidized thermal concrete (aka Fluidized Thermal Backfill -FTB) for installation of underground power cable? I am familiar with the concept but I need to find more detailed information such as performance data, pricing, installation requirements, etc.
