I am trying to log data voltage,frequency etc.I measure 110v from the VT.In the meter's menu you can select several ratios and the one I need is not there,they have a 100/1 ,I need 110/1 .It is on a 6.6KV system.Can anybody perhaps help?.

If you have a 110:1 PT then you will be reading 60V at the secondary when the line voltage is 6.6kV. If the secondary voltage is really 110V when the primary voltage is 6.6kV, then the ratio should be 60:1, or more likely expressed as 6600:110V.
Typically, PTs (in the US, anyway) are usually expressed with a 120V secondary value, like 4200:120V (35:1), 14400:120V (120:1), etc.

FYI, 110V is a common standard for instrument transformers in the UK. 6.6kV is a UK standard voltage too, although a little less common than 3.3kV and 11kV.
