We have an opportunity to mold a long hollow tube that has an inside diameter so small that typical injection pressures would bend a core pin. I've thought about lost core or some type of two piece molding effort where we would mold 1/2 of the tube and them mold thenmold the secong half to it... We've also considered having support pins that contact the core pin until material has filled around both sides and then pulling these to prevent a hole in the sidewall of the tubing.
Any suggestions or advise on the above would be appreciated.
Thanks and God bless
Mike
