I have a OSHA problem with a large diameter aluminum plate that is used to control run-off on a spindle that spins 500 ft./min. It keeps the product from spinning off the reel. They have to remove the plate (currently held on with spring loaded tee-handles (

OSHA stated that they would like to see no protrusion of handles etc.. coming off the plate for worry of catching the product or someone. Anyone know of a product that would be feasible to replace these? I'm currently looking into a "push to close latch" system.
