I am looking for notes on flushing. I designed a stainless steel manifold out of square mechanical tubing as seen in the attached pic. No my question is what note should I put in the drawing to ensure the assembly is flushed with clean water. I am not sure how to put it in technical terms. I have already added deburring notes etc, but not sure if I should just type in "flush with distilled water" or something that follows a standard if one exists????

I think the note should read.... “Flush after using, and put the damn seat down.” Signed, The Wifey, or Girlfriend. If she’s (they’re) happy life is easier for everyone.

is this medical ? i'd've thought we'd normally degrease things after ass'y. how about cleaning with air ?

if you're doing the next stage ass'y in-house, why not clean the part then ?
