I would like to know if someone has attended this course online, any recommendations?

FMEA is usually badly taught. You don't need to fill in every row completely. Automotive uses top down (start with the car), aerospace sometimes starts with the washer on the bolt.

The question is clumsily written, but I'm going to take a guess and say that the OP is probably asking whether someone can recommend a good online course on FMEA.
