I'm preparing plans for a 16' x 65' x 14' high prefab building in Placitas NM.
What is the appropriate footing depth for my concrete slab in this location with it's milder winters and ~6000' elevation.
I'm new to the area and have previously worked in Illinois where the frostline is ~3' minimum and winters are bitter cold.

Thanks,

Frost depth in Albuquerque is 16 inches. You should consult the Town or a local engineer to confirm if that's adequate.

Quite a ways from the border, so you should not have to worry about any tunnels.
