Any way to force Pre-NX85 View Representation at drafting view creation ?

I have no idea on how but i am very curious on why you want to do this.

While exporting to dwg/dxf, NX ignores the detail views boundaries if views have been created/represented as "Exact" - the result is lines all over the exported drawing...
An IR is still under investigation for that until 2014 so the solution so far is to go back to Pre-NX85 view representation which do not have the issue mentioned above.
 
There are numerous reasons NOT to use the exact type view for Sections... (in NX8.5)
One of those is that we experienced that you cannot hide assembly components in such a view

Yes, in the customer defaults (Drafting -> view -> general) turn on the "enable exact (pre-NX 8.5) views" option and pick the desired representation. If you have drafting template files set up, be sure the option is set in the templates as well (Preferences -> view -> general).
