force-time, stress-time, and displacement-time graph in abaqus

hello every one
as I'm an amateur in Abaqus, I don't know how I should extract these graphs from my model. can anyone please guide me?
I need to access fore-time, stress-time, and displacement-time graphs also energies graphs.
and as I said I'm new to Abaqus, can you please explain this information clearly and understandable?

You can request history output for these variables for particular regions in the model (sets) or generate XY graphs from contour plots using Create XY Data --> ODB field output. Check the documentation (especially "Getting Started with Abaqus/CAE" chapter) and YouTube tutorials to see how to do it.
