Dear All,
I am seeking a comparison between the advantages and disadvantages of each of the forced, natural and induced draft fired heaters. I know that forced draft heaters help in reducing the efficiency by requiring less excess air and hence saving on fuel gas consumption than natural draft. Induced draft are used in balanced draft system for flue gas removal however, will induced draft ever be used alone and for what purpose? is it driven by the pressure drop inside the heater and tube coil/passes arrangements?
Appreciate your valuable inputs.
Regards,
