Forcemain Cost estimates

I have been given the task of comparing two altertnates.
Either build a WWTP on site for treating industrial/domestic waste or construct a sewer force main to take the waste 10 miles and connect to an exist sewer system. I am starting with the second alternate, meaning estimating the cost of a 10 miles forcemain. Can anyone give me some help regarding:

-- Some documentation on parameters to consider for the design of a FM.
-- Types and cost of pipes, lift stations, etc.
-- Some hydraulic models
-- etc.

any help will be greatly appreciate.

for the design of a FM: pages 28-35,
for the design of a WWTP: pp37-111,

but your state/province will have their own...use that one. The guidelines will be similar enough for prelim. cost estimating.

--costs:
WWTP will require an Operator forever, PS will require substantially less O&M.
Other costs vary too much w/out more info, but I would guess a small package WWTP might be more attractive than 10 miles (!) of FM.

--hydraulic model:
Use Hazen-Williams. Use smallest D at known L and Q to get reasonable hf. Apply to Bernoulli's, with known z and v, to get dP. That will size pump.
