My company has ran into a job using AL2024 T42 (0.050" thickness) which wrinkle constantly in the middle( part look like a saddle). The finite element analysis result shows if I can increasing the material's R0, R45 and R90 property to be greater than one then I can solve this problem. Are there good literatures I can learn more about what are R0, R45, R90 and their impact to forming capability? Is there any mill house can deliver special property requirment like these?
