Formulae neded..

Hi! I have the FEMA 273 code but it's lacking the formulae. So, in chapter 2.6.1.3, for example I don't know which is the formulae for the mean return period Pr, formulae noted with (2-2). And so on, for the whole chapter.
Also for chapters 5,6,7,8,9,10,11.
It would be usefull a link where can I download these chapters in pdf format.

FEMA 273 has been updated and superceded by FEMA 356. You can download it at:

P.S. 273 and 274 (Commentary) were combined to make FEMA 356. The commentary in 356 is a somewhat annotated version of 274. For more thorough supporting information, FEMA 274 is still a good reference to look at.

I have also FEMA 356, but it is only Commentary to the prescriptions in the standard., and has no formulae that I need. I need only FEMA 273 to get that formulae.
