Hi,

Can I ask what are other alternative formwork other than PERI? If it is cheaper the better.
It will be a wall formwork (4 x 4 x 3.5)

2) For forms that small, build them from scratch out of plyform and lumber... if the Contractor knows what they are doing.

As SlideRuleEra pointed out, dimensions of that size should be built by contractor onsite out of plywood/lumber.
If you want to know for future reference, aside from DoKA, you also have Ulma.
