Foundation under ground floor + under basement floor - whats best?

Hi, i hope i ll get some suggestions. I have brick house with basement. What to do with foundations? I attached a file for explanation.
I think that the best option is foundation slab (under ground floor) + slab foundation under basement. Im skeptical about connection between basement concrete wall and a foundation slab. I dont want cracks. What to consider? Any inside about the problem?

what are the soil conditions in the area? What is a standard house foundation like?

To eliminate or reduce cracks, the soil zone under the slab must be well compacted. Slab floor for main floor might be best reinforced for shrinkage resistance. Get a structural engineer involved for concrete strength requirements and for reinforcing. It may be possible to use a wire mesh, but depends on what is available. Structural engineer will give info on wall reinforcing, if needed and what the connection at wall to upper slab requires. Normally I'd expect footings under the basement wall and a slab on grade for the basement, not connected to the wall footings, but with joint there. Shrinkage resistance comes with low water/cement ratio for the slabs. Again see the structural engineer for details.
