I recently discovered that I have a foundation wall in my basement which has failed. The wall is bowing in several inches and I need to make repairs this spring. I have looked at seveal methods including post tensioning and wall replacement. I am concerned about the resale value and feel that replacement is the best option. I have had difficulty finding companies that do this sort of work in New Jersey. Does anyone have any recommendations.
