What is the current best practice for this... I don't usually do foundations, but the client has a large pit (not deep) but there is a significant high water table (about 3' below grade). I've designed the pit for buoyancy and he doesn't want to provide perimeter drainage and/or sump.
I used to use a product called 'Blue Stuff' which was great, and I don't know if it's currently available.
What coatings do most people use these days?
