FOUR WAY VALVE NON US MANUFACTURER

Dear all,
i am in the need and the urge to purchase a four way valve 10" 300# RF (it is for a bidirectional prover) but cannot find any non-US manufacturer or supplier. The valve indeed shall go to Syria and american company cannot export to that country.
Does someone know some manufacturers from other country than US?

1. Google the net, but in my opinion, if possible, it is most often better and cheaper to use several standard valves in combination, rather than 4-way.

2. I was, perhaps wrongly, of the opinion, that US could export 'non critical items' to Syria, althoug involving some paperwork?

Dear all,
let me thank you for your help. In this case, the bidirectional prover unfortunately requires the use of a 4-way valve to quickly revert the flow in the proving circuit.

The Nps-10 plug valve will require a gear actuator or very large power actautor. It might be slow to operate.
