Is anyone familiar with the Handbook of Frame Constants by the Portland Cement Association? I am having trouble using the equations and I can not get the same answers posted in the books tables.
The publication gives frame constants for parabolic and tapered haunched members.
If there is another source that is clearer and what would that be?
