Frames appear shorter than they actually are 1

Hello,

I have an issue in Etabs, and I am not sure if it is concerning. My frame elements appear shorter than the geometry indicates. When I draw the frame elements and release my mouse, the frames don't connect from the joints I selected. I appreciate your clarification.

Are you viewing releases in the display settings - or do you have object shrink turned on?

This worked! I made my shrink factor in 'graphics preferences' as 100%. Thanks.
