Free Body Cut Forces/Moment Values

I'm looking to get my values for resultant & component forces and moments into python for bolt fatigue analysis plug-in. I can only seem to get the viewport set up for it but can't obtain the actual values. I'm currently using ABAQUS 6.11, any ideas?
