free rotation command

hello to everyone,

i'm using catia v5r10. i can see there is a 'free rotation' command in the drafting workbench, under the 'select' icon, but i don't know what this command is for (don't see any change when activating). could anyone explain it to me?

Hi Ajangiz,
The Free Rotation Icon can be used to "freely" rotate the
annotation text (about its top left corner of the text box) in drafting.

does anyone know where I could get some materials on sheet metal for free. I curtainly have no job and no pratical experience and would like to learn more about catia v5
