FRP contact between to two solid surface (sandwich)

Hi,

I need to create contact between frp (shell element) and two solid surface (sandwich).

so i created an area between the solid surface (exactly at the mid loc between solid surfaces).....

number 1 and 2 represents contact at lower and upper of frp plates.

the script for both contacts are;

but i keep receiving warning message;

the gap between 2 solid surfaces is 1.2mm (exactly the size of frp final thickness

how to solve this problem?
