frustrated, is there a way to change the coordinate system

Hi all,

I am wondering to change the normal XY coordinate to angular/ polar coordinate,for example, degree, minutes, seconds,this can be very useful since i can direct add something on the google earth capture. Is this possible to do so in draftsight? Long time ago, i saw my colleague could just simply type some commands to change to coordinate system in AutoCAd.
