Hello, friends!
Please if anybody can help me with these old IC-s from
Siemens: FZH111a and FZJ111 : what is their function,
power supply and possible complement?
Best regards, JMarko

Hi,
Your SIEMENS parts are obsolete but are common CMOS functions.

FZH111 is a quad 2 input nand n-input
FZJ111 is a JK-flip-flop with n-input

Hope this gets you started in the right direction. If I can help you locate the SIEMENS parts let me know.

The parts FZH111 and FZJ111 were manufactured by at least by Siemens and by Valvo. The logic function is as desrcibed by ElecCompSolutions.

The chips used DTL (Diode-Transistor Logic) which was a predessesor of of the TTL (Transistor-Transistor-Logic) manufactured in the late 60s. If neccesary I could provide basic data and pinout from an old Valvo databook but it might take some days to find it.

to jmarko and others who have contributed.

I too have trouble finding this particular IC range and would like to get a complete equivalent list. Once I know it's equivalent I can look up the data in the CMOS data book. Thanks to Electriuwe for the clue. I have previously done searches through Siemens and come up empty. Also tried Valvo and that was very interseting they make RF circulators etc. Couldn't find IC's. Can anyone help me with locating an equivalent list ?

Thanks a lot. Bob

rjhudson,

the company Valvo became part of Philips a long time ago.

Regarding the data of the old series I can try to find my old databook. I stopped that action because bridax already posted the pinout of the FZ111a.

There are no replacements for these components; you need the originals.
If you let me know where you are from, i can tell you the nearest reseller.
